Terms and conditions1. The above is only up to a max of 250 endpoints and 15 virtual / physical servers. Please do ask us for a customised proposal if in excess of the above
2. The promotional offer on licenses would be valid only for the first year. The second year rates will be as applicable at that time.
3. If payment is made on a monthly basis, the payment has to get credited into our account on the 1st working day of the month in advance. All services will start only from the 1st day of the month.
4. Managed Services are available too and please do ask us for a complete managed services proposal.
5. All endpoints should be within the Indian territory and any devices outside of India will be charged separately and the promotional offer on licenses will not be applicable to them.
6. Pricing quoted is a promotional offer and prices are subject to change in the 2nd year.
7. Non utilisation of the promotional offers WILL NOT lead to reduction on the prices quoted.
8. Unless specifically stated, implementations of new technologies are not part of the scope. The customer may seek a separate proposal for the same.
9. Legal and valid licenses should be provided for all endpoints / servers / technologies supported. Veeras will not be responsible for any licensing infringement.
10. If in case a physical visit is mandated, all costs including boarding, lodging and travel has to be borne by the customer.
Veeras will work on a best effort basis to resolve issues / provide work arounds but if there bugs / enhancements that are needed in the software / hardware, the resolution will depend on the original manufacturer.
